Carolina House Trust is committed to continually improve the quality of its services and to meet the growing expectations of our service users.

A quality assurance system is a systematic approach to identifying and responding to the needs of service users by providing an appropriate service which is consistent and delivered to agreed standards. This approach allows us to demonstrate quality and best value through a system that is flexible; supports service delivery and is based on the continuous improvement of services in order to meet changing needs.

We achieve this through inspections, performance audits, self assessments, a range of regular planning meetings to consider day-to-day service delivery as well as future developments and regular reviews of our strategies, policies and procedures.
